The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall be limited to $100 or the amount You paid us through the Service, whichever is lower.

8. Arbitration Agreement

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or Your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in New York.
You waive the right to file a lawsuit in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.

Class Action Waiver

You agree not to participate in any class-action lawsuit against Wifi Shark LLC.
All claims must be brought individually in arbitration.

Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters related to intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

10. United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

You are not in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo.
You are not on any U.S. government restricted party lists.

11. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it shall be modified to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the changes take effect.

By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If You do not agree, You must stop using the Service.
